- Plush King Bed: Relax in a spacious bedroom with soft linens and blackout curtains
- Dedicated Workspace: Ideal for remote work or extended stays
- Full Kitchen: Equipped with essential appliances for home-cooked meals or easy reheating
- Private Balcony: A cozy outdoor space for morning coffee or evening unwinding
- Charming Bathroom: Tub/shower combo with fresh towels and essential toiletries
- South City Location: Walkable neighborhood near restaurants, parks, and only a short drive to downtown attractions
Important Policies
- Dog-Friendly Only: $100 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added post-booking. Unauthorized pets or violations of our dog-only policy will result in a $200 fine
- No Smoking Indoors: $250 fine applies if smoking is detected
- Lost Items: A $25 handling fee + shipping applies to returned items
- Extended Stays: Stays longer than 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee (added manually after confirmation)
- Late Check-Out: Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $50 fee
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
